Happy Friday!
Ooof, this week was…ooof. I am all messed up.
Last week, I upgraded to the dual monitors at work. This week, a Varidesk was installed.
I also replaced my recliner with a chair and ottoman at home, started Transform 20, quit soda and haven’t run in a week.
In short, my body has no idea what is happening right now.
The weather has been crazy rain this week, so the timing for resting my foot might not have been so bad. At least that is what I tell myself.
A 3 day weekend is ahead and I am looking forward to finishing up the room redesign. I still have no idea where half my stuff is, though I do now have an overhead light back so yay! I also need to do some serious running. Although, let’s be real, it will be some slow running. Why are 90% of the trails closed? Grrrr.

Good for you for quitting soda! This weekend I’ll start half marathon training for my next race but we’re supposed to get some frigid winds and rain over the weekend so that should be interesting.

Sounds like you’ve got a lot going on! We have a sledding birthday and then a bar birthday tomorrow, and then we’re supposed to get at least a foot of snow on Sunday! So I’m going grocery shopping today to hopefully beat the crowds.

Snow! I haven’t seen snow in 30 years. Part of me wants to and part of thinks, nah I am good. ha!

I like the snow a lot more now that I’m not working, so I don’t have to drive in it as much!

Dual monitors are life changing! I like to have one horizontal and one vertical. 🙂

Oh, vertical, I never thought about that! I wonder if some of programs would work that way. I love the screens but I am not that tall and I am having trouble seeing over the tops as it is so that might not be the best idea. I joked I need a mini trampoline now to keep an eye on things now. 🙂

Hi, I plan a long run Saturday before the storm. Then I’ll shovel for a few hours on Sunday for my cross training. Monday is all about binge watching Netflix and my DVR.
