I do know I am excited about a 3 day weekend! Sleep and running, that’s whats on schedule for me. Well, hopefully.
Had a lovely day of dizzy spells but I refrained from giving myself a concussion this time so I am just going to call that a win. See, I can think positively!
Oh and I got new trail shoes! Hopefully I can get back out on the trails now. Which I haven’t done in months. Those Cascadia’s can burn in hades for all I care. My feet still have nightmares from them. And a bunion I’ve apparently had forever but has never bugged me until now. Grrrr.
Anyone else still feel like it’s January?? I cannot get the date right at all.
I was supposed to run a race this weekend but I’m not. Not sure I’m up to unpacking all the reasons why at the moment.
I feel like binge watching something… any suggestions??

I think I watched the first episode when it aired on tv, couldn’t seem to get into it.
